We source our coffee based on seasonality and seek crops that are fresh, sweet and vibrant.  When roasting, we focus on keeping the integrity of terroir and maximizing sweetness and vibrancy. We then test and analyze every batch that is roasted at our facility utilizing a meticulous quality control program.  Our long term goals are to increase sustainability and transparency from seed to cup and develop more direct relationships with coffee producers.  With an immense commitment to quality, sustainability and education we strive to raise the bar of specialty coffee in Omaha
